TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Herbal fruits, fresh agave, oak, vanilla, citrus, caramel, maple, butter, and sage are the beginning of a pleasingly balanced aroma.
PALATE
Cooked agave, oak, vanilla and cinnamon. The finish is long and rich, delicately spicy and a joy to drink. A balanced tequila, where sweet cooked agave and American oak are denoted with a splash of maple.
COLOR
Rested for over 6 months in American Oak barrels developing a slight translucent and rich amber color.
