Adobe Road Apex Red 2018

The 2018 pours a deeply saturated violet in the glass. Expressive aromas of dark cherries, anise, and toasted baking spices take the lead. On the palate, velvety tannins and cocoa nibs are balanced with savory cast iron details into a very long finish.

Apex is a Bordeaux styled blend that hits flawless lines of flavor at every turn. To blend this wine, we use barrels from our favorite single vineyard lots, bringing them together to fully express the best that Sonoma and Napa can deliver.
