Decent product, terrible customer service

We had a large event where I ordered 9 boxes of popsicles. Before the order was processed I received an email that they were to be processed and shipped in 2 days. I realized that I would not get the order in time for the event and tried to cancel. Top Shelf would not cancel my order. I went to several Total Wine and More stores and bought their brand of popsicles that we used for the event. They tasted way better. I understand policies but I also think customer service is important. It would have been an easy thing to allow me to cancel my order before it shipped. I would not recommend Top Shelf Wine and Spirits and will not be using them in the future.
