After much deliberation, we've elevated to Bottled in Bond and chose to maintain the 100 proof profile for this second run, and at 7-Years it’s in the sweet spot for a Single Barrel, Straight Kentucky Bourbon. Our latest 100 Proof allows you to dictate where you want to go with it. As it matures, we delight in sharing with you the depth of its character, and the boldness and complexity of its palate.
