NOSE
Due to this being aged over 12 years, more robust aromas of caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, maple and cooked agave. The aromas jump from the glass in this highly-praised and perfectly-aged extra-añejo. This tequila is so rich and complex that some people are even able to detect pineapple, peach, orange blossom, nutmeg, and raisin in the nose.
PALATE
After 12 years in an american oak barrel, this has an exquisite taste that one has to experience to describe. Butterscotch, caramel, toffee, citrus, maple and hazelnuts are common flavors identified.
