 Elderflower Spritz

Elegant with a botanical twist

 

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine elderflower liqueur, sparkling wine, and soda water.
  2. Pour contents in a wine glass over ice.
  3. Garnish with edible flowers or a lemon wheel.

     

Strawberry Basil Smash

Fresh and fruity with a savory herb touch

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Vodka

  • ½ oz Simple syrup

  • 2–3 strawberries

  • 2 basil leaves

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice


Instructions:

  1. Muddle berries and basil in a shaker.
  2. Add vodka, syrup, lime juice, and ice.
  3. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with basil leaves and a strawberry on the rim.

 

 Blood Orange Margarita

Vibrant and tangy

 

Ingredients:


Instructions:

  1. Combine tequila, blood orange juice, lime juice, and triple sec in a shaker.
  2. Shake it thoroughly and pour contents in a glass over ice.
  3. Garnish with a blood orange slice and a salt rim.

 

 

Peach Thyme Bellini

Bright and aromatic

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz peach purée

  • ½ oz thyme syrup

  • Top with Prosecco

 

Instructions:

  1. Stir peach purée and syrup in a champagne flute.
  2.  Slowly top with chilled Prosecco.

 

White Sangria with Peach & Elderflower

Light, fruity, and delicately floral

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle dry White wine 

  • ½ cup Elderflower liqueur 

  • 1 cup peach slices (fresh or thawed frozen)

  • 1 cup green grapes, halved

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup club soda or sparkling water (to top)

 

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine and elderflower liqueur.
  2. Add peach slices, grapes, orange, and lemon. Stir gently and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  3. Just before serving, top with chilled club soda and garnish with fresh mint.
