Kosher Plum contains quintessence of 4.6 kgs fresh Hungarian plum ’Kosher’ as an indicator refers to the production of brandy, in which all the steps of process are under control of a supervisor of the Orthodox religious community, starting from harvesting to bottling, so as to meet the very strict hygiene requirements.
