Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blue fruit, candied currants, bramble fruits, forest floor, and oak spice. The mouthfeel is rich, with flavors of red velvet cake and dark fruit, balanced by a nice acidity. The finish is long, with complex tannins.
