Personalize your gift with a video or audio message. The recipient opens their package, scans the QR code, and watches the video message you uploaded.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You'll get an email after processing payment for your order. Click on the email and follow the prompt to record. Top Shelf will recieve a unique QR code to your video message and will include it in the delivery. Once delivered, the recipient must can the QR code to view the video.
HOW DO I RECORD?
After processing payment on your order, you will have an option to record at checkout and/or you'll recieve an email from us asking to record your message. (Check your spam folder if you didn't get an email!)
WHAT IF I'M HAVING ISSUES RECORDING?
On the recording page, there is a live chat support that can help you. If we're offline, send a support email via the chat.
DO I NEED TO SEND MY RECIPIENT THE CODE?
Nope! We'll include it in the delivery.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO HOW LONG THE VIDEO CAN BE?
Make it as long as you'd like!
