The small hand-built distillery is in the heart of Edinburgh within the former University Veterinary School, where our founders built from scratch the award winning distillery in the old dog kennels.
TASTING NOTES
Smooth, clean and powerful. The higher alcoholic strength brings out the sweeter botanicals in their Bombay recipe, like cardamom, anise and fennel with initial juniper notes and aromatic spice flavors leading to a delicious sweetness.
