WINEMAKING NOTES
Our winemaker, Beth Liston, selected the grapes for our Pinot Noir from premier vineyards throughout California. The grapes for the Pinot Noir were harvested at peak ripeness, allowing for easy extraction of rich, concentrated color and velvety tannins. The wine was aged post fermentation to add complexity and balance.
