Branch Point Single Pot Still Oregon Whiskey
Branch Point Single Pot Still Oregon Whiskey is made from an original mash bill of locally grown barley along with roasted malted barley and distillers malt. A traditional single malt yeast is allowed a slow fermentation in open topped washbacks before a double distillation in traditional copper pot stills. The whiskey is matured in new charred American oak casks. To retain maximum flavor and mouthfeel the whiskey is non-chill filtered and we never use coloring or other additives.
Branch Point Single Pot Still Oregon Whiskey is spicy and fruity with notes of dark caramel, cherries, spiced molasses cake with a lingering finish of baking chocolate.
