Cool nighttime harvest, whole-cluster press, and a variety of fermentation vessels—stainless steel tanks, neutral French oak barrels, and a concrete egg—enhance the complexity of this bright, crisp, mineral-driven wine.
Aromas of fresh pink grapefruit, sweet citrus and hay burst with freshness on the nose. Cool melon tones balance pink grapefruit on the palate, accented by ripe acidity and a subtle mineral citrus finish.
