Bombay London Dry Gin

Using eight exotic botanicals, our classic London dry gin offers a more traditional taste with strong juniper flavours and a powerful dry finish.

Unlike many other gins, we use eight botanicals to create our London Dry taste. Each one is hand-picked to preserve its individual qualities to add to this wonderfully classic blend.

To craft our gin we vapour infuse our botanicals, never ever boil them. By distilling our ingredients this way, we’re able to draw out every last drop of their distinctive flavours. Bombay Dry is still based on the same time-honoured recipe from 1761. Our unique vapour infusion process, used to distil all Bombay gins, delicately extracts the best from each botanical.

SUSTAINABILITY

BOMBAY is on a mission: It seeks to be the most sustainable global gin. And it’s well on its way! In FY22, it became the first major gin brand to have all 10 of its botanical ingredients sourced from 100% sustainably certified suppliers. And to celebrate the local farmers and suppliers it works with in the Spanish region of Murcia—with whom it has maintained a close, decades-long relationship.

Unpacking plastic

When it comes to consumable goods, the world has for a long time deemed plastic a necessary evil of sorts. Leave it to Bacardi to prove it’s straight-up unnecessary. For the 2021 holiday season, the spirits company unveiled innovative new 100% plastic-free gift pack designs for a number of its iconic brands. In total, Bacardi cut the plastic in its gift packs by 50%, which meant 147 tons of single-use plastic didn’t go to landfills. But Bacardi isn’t stopping there. It now aims to hit its goal of removing 100% of all single-use plastic from its gift packs and point-ofsale materials by the end of 2023.
