Tequila Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and sugar to release the mint's aroma.
  2. Add fresh lime juice and silver tequila.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with soda water.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.

Gin Mojito

  • 2 oz gin
